Senior leadership for
high-stakes projects
Started in 1998 building internet services in Kuwait. Fifteen years in Dubai with Emirates Airlines, a Microsoft Gold Partner, and Union Properties. Since 2010, technology and operations work across countries from Goa, including CTO for a US startup. Now I run Evolve Infinity. Brought in when the stakes are high and the team hasn't done this before.

Leadership Roles
Held directly, prior to and alongside the practice. Every engagement above is led by the same person who held these.
Remote Software Solutions, UK & India — Chief Technology Officer (2014–2016)
Grew a five-person team into a seventy-person professional services organisation across two countries in eighteen months, which became one of Goa's leading mid-sized technology companies. Recruited all senior talent in both geographies. Built the governance, capacity planning and budget standards that carried ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 from a standing start. Clients included several of Britain's largest law firms. Also led due diligence and risk assessment for three acquisitions on behalf of UK clients.
Inixia, United States & India — Chief Technology Officer
(2020–2021)
Joined the founding team of a first-of-its-kind organisation professionalising global business services. Built and led its offshore technology team — from a single developer to a small team across Goa and Gujarat — delivering successive iterations of the platform across content delivery, training, community management and internal operations, working across distributed teams and time zones for enterprise clients in the US and UK.
Pai Kane Group — Chief Information Officer
(2012–2014)
Established shared technology services across a heavy manufacturing group operating in India, Dubai, the UK and the US. Project governance for three concurrent ERP implementations. Consolidated fragmented email onto a single hosted platform for over four hundred users. Rebuilt the support function and re-engineered the datacentre for resilience — largely on open source and hosted infrastructure, within tight budget constraints.
Union Properties PJSC, Dubai — Head of Group PMO
(2006–2010)
Established the project office delivering shared services across the group and its subsidiaries. Delivered the enterprise property management platform and group-wide Microsoft Dynamics implementation. Owned vendor selection, contracts and performance; portfolio budgets; tendering; and contract review alongside legal. Reported to and briefed group senior management and the board.
Emirates Airlines, Dubai — IT Project Manager
(2003–2004)
Conceived and delivered a travel agent extranet for Emirates Holidays, integrated with the division's tour management platform, opening a self-service channel that later extended across several countries. Also led stabilisation and support of the newly deployed tour management system, including vendor escalation in Germany.
Earlier roles
(1998–2003)
Manager for projects and senior systems engineer at GTFS, Dubai, running a development and deployment team of around twenty. Assistant manager for internet services development at Gulfnet Communications, Kuwait's largest internet service provider, reporting to the chief executive.
Public Roles
Much of my perspective on what does and doesn't work at scale comes from a decade contributing to Goa's technology ecosystem.
