Ignite

Conceived, designed and delivered the state's first government-backed incubator and co-working space, from concept to operating facility.

Geno Pharmaceuticals
SAP S/4HANA

Project and vendor management for a full SAP S/4HANA implementation, delivered in record time and within budget, and among SAP India's most recognised mid-market implementations. The relationship began years earlier with a review of existing systems and processes, scoping the future solution, and leading the original vendor selection and negotiation.

Dempo Group
MeWo

Helped establish MeWo, a co-working and shared workspace facility, for one of Goa's oldest business houses. The second such space taken from concept to operation.

Government of Goa, Department of Information Technology

Key contributor to drafting the state's first policies for technology startups and industry, plus further engagements across state ministries in technical improvement and process management.

Hilton DoubleTree
Goa

Engaged by the owners of the former Riviera Resort during its transition to management under the Hilton DoubleTree brand. Managed the technology infrastructure project through the takeover, coordinating external vendors alongside the incoming operator's teams.

Pai Kane Group

Group-wide assessment of system fit against current requirements and future growth, then selection of a solution spanning three group companies, acting as internal project head to launch all three.

Remote Software Solutions, UK & India — Chief Technology Officer (2014–2016)

Grew a five-person team into a seventy-person professional services organisation across two countries in eighteen months, which became one of Goa's leading mid-sized technology companies. Recruited all senior talent in both geographies. Built the governance, capacity planning and budget standards that carried ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 from a standing start. Clients included several of Britain's largest law firms. Also led due diligence and risk assessment for three acquisitions on behalf of UK clients.

Inixia, United States & India — Chief Technology Officer
(2020–2021)

Joined the founding team of a first-of-its-kind organisation professionalising global business services. Built and led its offshore technology team — from a single developer to a small team across Goa and Gujarat — delivering successive iterations of the platform across content delivery, training, community management and internal operations, working across distributed teams and time zones for enterprise clients in the US and UK.

​Pai Kane Group — Chief Information Officer
(2012–2014)

Established shared technology services across a heavy manufacturing group operating in India, Dubai, the UK and the US. Project governance for three concurrent ERP implementations. Consolidated fragmented email onto a single hosted platform for over four hundred users. Rebuilt the support function and re-engineered the datacentre for resilience — largely on open source and hosted infrastructure, within tight budget constraints.

Union Properties PJSC, Dubai — Head of Group PMO
(2006–2010)

Established the project office delivering shared services across the group and its subsidiaries. Delivered the enterprise property management platform and group-wide Microsoft Dynamics implementation. Owned vendor selection, contracts and performance; portfolio budgets; tendering; and contract review alongside legal. Reported to and briefed group senior management and the board.

Emirates Airlines, Dubai — IT Project Manager
(2003–2004)

Conceived and delivered a travel agent extranet for Emirates Holidays, integrated with the division's tour management platform, opening a self-service channel that later extended across several countries. Also led stabilisation and support of the newly deployed tour management system, including vendor escalation in Germany.

Earlier roles
(1998–2003)

Manager for projects and senior systems engineer at GTFS, Dubai, running a development and deployment team of around twenty. Assistant manager for internet services development at Gulfnet Communications, Kuwait's largest internet service provider, reporting to the chief executive.
